For items eligible for returns, they must be received back within 14 days to be returned for an e-gift card. Shipping cost will not be refunded and GSW is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We will accept the return ONLY if the item is in original condition. Returns that are unworn, unwashed, with tags on merchandise can be made within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping fees on returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable in returns. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be received and processed. Once the return is completed you will receive an e-gift card for the amount via email. There is no expiration date for the e-gift card.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale items, swimwear, intimates and All LIMITED EDITION items (stated in product description if the item is Limited Edition) with the exception of damaged goods are final sale.
Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase.
We do not guarantee items will be in stock, which is why we do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item. Request a RA# for the item you wish to return and once processed you will receive an e-gift card. This will help ensure you get items while they are in stock.

U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while international orders take 10 - 21 business days.
All orders with Free Shipping will be shipped USPS First Class/Priority Mail with tracking.
Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and the standard shipping time.
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
International order take 10 - 21 business days for delivery.
If you refuse a shipment from GSW, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your credit.
GSW is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.
GSW is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the shipping provider, weather or other events out of our control.
If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, reach out and we will get the issue resolved.
